Leveraging our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and unique designs, we
deliver exceptional value by combining high performance with cost-efficient
production. Our processes and quality are continuously upgraded along with the
expansion of our Manufacturing infrastructure to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
We are a design-focused manufacturer and supplier of industrial drive solutions
(comprising motors, gearboxes, drivetrains and railway products) and solar products
(comprising solar pumps, solar pumping systems, inverters and energy storage
systems), serving diverse applications across multiple industries. Our emphasis on
product design and particularly on form and function extends to the architecture of
our plants.
Our three manufacturing facilities are situated in Anand, Gujarat, spanning over ~200K sq.ft of operating area. These plants have state-of-the-art processes and manufacturing with assurance of ISO 9001 certified quality systems ensure consistent quality, production flexibility and control of process variability.
We have invested in automated winding lines, trickle and vacuum impregnation systems, Gear manufacturing, Multibore housings machining, Rotor and stator manufacturing, Precision balancing, Assembly, Painting, Packaging. We use automated test stations for all our in process and finished product verification and our parts are bar coded for easy traceability.
